Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Personal Assistant at Legion Automations, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance. The Personal Assistant will work directly with the founder, managing day-to-day communications, handling client inquiries, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role requires someone who is responsible, accountable, and can be trusted to get things done on time without constant follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the founder's email inbox — read, prioritize, and respond professionally on behalf of the founder
  • Handle inbound client inquiries and follow up to ensure timely responses
  • Coordinate with clients and team members to keep projects and conversations moving
  • Assist with minor website update requests by communicating changes clearly to the relevant team
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar organization
  • Adapt to the founder's working style and priorities as they evolve
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliver on time, every time

Qualifications

  • Strong spoken, written, and reading proficiency in English — professional communication is essential
  • Comfortable with technical and administrative tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar
  • Basic understanding of tech concepts — you don't need to code, but you should understand what we do
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and know what needs attention first
  • Reliable and accountable — if something is delayed, you communicate it proactively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative role is an advantage
  • Flexible availability to align with the founder's schedule and time zone requirements
