iG Impulso is a global service-based startup currently in its early planning phase.
We are seeking a highly organized, open-minded, bold, and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support as we build and grow our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, appointments, and email correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and take notes during team calls.
- Handle data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Assist with research, reporting, and organizing information.
- Manage and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Communicate with clients, partners, or service providers as needed.
- Track tasks and follow up with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new team members or clients.
- Handling Personal errands and family tasks.
- Handling Personal finance and expanse list.
- Handle travelling & itinerary
- Event Planning & Lifestyle Management.
- Travel with boss. (domestic)
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Proficient with remote tools
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software or platforms.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Work Schedule:
- Shift Timing: Aligned with U.S. time zones (typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST), with flexibility based on project needs.
- Full-time.
