Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the MD.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Follow up on action items, project deadlines, and internal approvals.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a coordinator between the MD and other departments or external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events or meetings.
  • Manage office tasks such as correspondence, filing, and office supplies for MD.
  • Ensure timely reminders and updates on important business matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
