Our client is a high-net-worth family office that they are looking to hire a Personal Assistantcum Household Manager to oversee and manage the household operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage household duties by coordinating with other staff such as drivers, chef,domestic helpers etc
- Organize, manage guests and family events and dinners
- Manage wine inventory of the household
- Liaise with other staff e.g drivers, office secretaries on travel and luggage logistics, airport pickups, family member pickups etc
- Oversee household's daily supplies, purchase items when necessary
- Arrange appointments,handle bookings and registrations
- Run errands for the family as required
- Ad-hoc duties for the family-related matter when necessary
Key requirements:
- At least 3 years of PA and Household Manager related experience supporting high-net-worth (HNWI) private household
- Experience in working for family office is preferred
- Diploma or higher education qualification
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- Organized, multi-tasking, meticulous, responsible
- Motivated, adaptable and able to work under pressure
