- Communicate with clients to understand requirements after project confirmation
- Handle client calls and messages and provide regular updates professionally
- Coordinate with the internal team including designers, content creators, and editors to assign tasks
- Track progress of multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Follow up with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
- Manage daily task lists and project timelines
- Identify delays and issues and resolve them proactively
- Report daily updates to management
- Maintain proper documentation of client requirements and project status
