Profile Summary
A reliable Personal Assistant who acts as the right hand to senior management, handling schedules, communication, documentation, and billing tasks. Ensures smooth coordination, timely follow-ups, and organized workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
· Coordinate internal and external meetings with proper arrangements
· Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
· Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential documents
· Handle bill processing, invoice tracking, and expense documentation
· Verify and manage vendor bills, reimbursements, and payment records
· Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of financial and official documents
· Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries
· Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
· Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and pending approvals
· Support administrative and office management activities
