Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to executives, managing schedules and appointments, handling administrative tasks, maintaining correspondence, and organizing meetings. Additional responsibilities include ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication on behalf of the executive, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Strong abilities in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management
  • Well-developed Clerical Skills, including organization and record-keeping
  • Attention to detail, multitasking capability, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
