Role Description The Personal Assistant role at Aahana's Life Film is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Personal Assistant will support day-to-day activities for senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing appointments. This role involves handling correspondence, maintaining records, preparing basic documents, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments. The Personal Assistant will assist with production-related coordination, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and help streamline communication and logistics. The position requires a proactive, organized professional who can maintain confidentiality, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a dynamic creative environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills for supporting senior leadership and managing daily operations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Diary Management and scheduling abilities to coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills for handling documentation, filing, record-keeping, and basic office administration.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative production environment; prior experience in media or entertainment is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, and document editors).
- Relevant academic background or equivalent experience in administration, office management, or a related field.
