Perfumer Manager R&D

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Perfumer Manager R&D located in Noida. The Perfumer Manager R&D will lead the development of innovative fragrance formulations for personal care products. Responsibilities include managing research and development initiatives, overseeing projects from concept to completion, and supervising a team of experts. The role will also involve evaluating market trends, sourcing raw materials, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards to meet client requirements.

• Skills in Research and Development (R&D) and a strong foundation in Research methodologies specific to the fragrance and personal care industry
• Proficiency in Team Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide professionals to achieve milestones
• Expertise in Project Management to effectively oversee multiple projects while adhering to timelines and budgets
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety compliance related to personal care and cosmetic products
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in the fragrance or personal care product industry is highly beneficial
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team interactions
