Key Responsibilities

·        Performance & Lead Generation

·        Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation across:

Plan, launch and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

·        Analyze performance at Campaign, Ad Set and Ad level.

Drive high-quality leads at an optimized CPC/CPL

·        Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels

·        Monitor daily performance metrics and scale winning campaigns

·        Strategy & Optimization

·        Build and manage full-funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Lead)

·        Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights

·        Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to improve lead quality

·        Implement A/B testing for ads, copies, creatives, and landing pages         

Track the complete funnel: Lead → Qualified Lead → Walk-in/Counselling → Admission.

·        AI & Automation

·        Use AI-powered tools for:

·        Ad copy generation & creative ideation

·        Audience targeting & performance prediction

·        Campaign optimization & reporting

·        Stay updated with the latest trends in AI-driven performance marketing

·        Experiment with tools like:

·        AI ad creatives & copy tools

·        Automation rules

·        Smart bidding & predictive analytics
