About The Opportunity

A dynamic IT services and solutions provider operating across India, we enable enterprises to deliver high-performing, scalable, and resilient digital experiences through advanced testing and quality engineering practices. Our clients span BFSI, telecom, and e-commerce—relying on us to prevent performance bottlenecks before production. We're scaling our performance engineering team to own mission-critical load, stress, and scalability testing for next-gen cloud-native platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

Design and execute end-to-end performance test strategies for web, mobile, and API-based applications under varying load conditions.
Script, parameterize, and run performance test scenarios using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to simulate real-world user behavior.
Analyze system bottlenecks—CPU, memory, network, DB—using APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics) and deliver actionable optimization recommendations.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI to enable shift-left performance validation.
Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to tune auto-scaling policies, API gateways, and caching layers based on test results.
Prepare comprehensive performance test reports, dashboards, and root cause analyses for stakeholders and engineering leads.
