Performance Testing

We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and analysis, with the ability to design and implement effective testing strategies to ensure optimal application performance.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing performance testing strategies for applications and systems.
• Analyzing performance test results and providing recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborating with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
• Creating and maintaining performance testing documentation including test plans and test cases.
• Executing performance tests using various tools and frameworks.
• Monitoring system performance metrics and ensuring they meet specified SLAs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in performance testing and analysis.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages for test automation, such as Python or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools like New Relic or AppDynamics.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
