Role Overview

We are looking for Performance Engineers who think in systems, act with ownership, and relentlessly pursue excellence at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and drive end-to-end performance engineering strategy across complex, distributed systems
• Design and execute high-impact performance tests (load, stress, endurance, scalability) with clear business alignment
• Own performance outcomes — not just reports — by working closely with engineering teams to eliminate bottlenecks
• Perform deep-dive analysis including thread dumps, heap analysis, and JVM/GC tuning
• Lead root cause analysis of critical production performance issues
• Embed performance engineering into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
• Drive cloud-native performance validation across AWS/Azure/GCP ecosystems
• Establish and evolve observability frameworks leveraging logs, metrics, and traces
• Influence design decisions to ensure performance is built in, not tested later

Required Skills & Experience

· 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in performance engineering

· Proven expertise in JMeter / LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE) / Performance Center

· Deep understanding of Performance Testing Life Cycle (PTLC)

· Strong experience with AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana (or equivalent observability tools)

· Solid exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration

· Advanced skills in:

• Thread dump analysis
• Garbage Collection (GC) tuning & JVM performance optimization

· Experience with Cloud Performance Testing (AWS / Azure / GCP)

· Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices performance, and observability

· Working knowledge of Jira / Agile delivery environments
