Role & responsibilities
- Experience in Performance Testing tools like LoadRunner/JMeter is a must.
- Deep understanding of performance analysis with tools such as Perfmon, Dynatrace, AppDynamics.
- Expertise coding in Java and working on various programming / scripting languages (e.g. Python, BeanShell) is a must.
- Experience in API testing, WebService Testing
- Analyze the application logs, identify the Performance defects and interacts with the Development team.
- Effectively manage and execute the testing process to validate that all functional and nonfunctional requirements are met.
- Provide consistent and timely test execution status reporting.
- Create and handle Performance environment infrastructure.
Preferred candidate profile
- Preferred experience in Performance Analysis & Engineering Skills for Java or.Net application stack with different profiling tools such as thread dump analysis, memory/heap dump analysis.
- Preferred capability of reading/understanding Java EE code and effective use of profiling tools like DotTrace, DotMemory or JProfiler.
- Preferred Database knowledge in Oracle, SQL and performance optimization techniques

Academic Qualification:
- Engineering from a reputed institute
- Good understanding of current technology trends, ultra-scalable systems
- Experience of working with a product company; and involved in creating strategies to test quality of software product applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
