We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer with 5-8 years of experience, proficient in developing Performance strategies and Workload models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner/Performance Center and JMeter. You should possess strong knowledge of Performance Testing concepts and Performance Engineering, with expertise in Bottleneck Analysis. Proficiency in Performance Monitoring tools like Perfmon, Nmon, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk is essential. You must also be adept at using JIRA for defect and task management and skilled in comprehensive Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive Performance strategies and Workload models to effectively simulate real-world user behavior.
• Test Scripting & Execution: Design, script, and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools like LoadRunner/Performance Center and JMeter.
• Performance Engineering & Analysis: Apply Performance Engineering principles to identify and analyze system Bottlenecks, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Monitoring & Diagnostics: Utilize a range of Performance Monitoring tools such as Perfmon, Nmon, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk to gather critical performance metrics and diagnose issues.
• Defect & Task Management: Manage performance test cycles, defects, and tasks efficiently using JIRA.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare detailed Reporting on performance test results, analysis, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and architecture teams to ensure performance requirements are met throughout the software development life cycle.
• Troubleshooting: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex performance issues.
