Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, latency issues, and capacity constraints.
• Utilize Dynatrace or similar APM tools to monitor application performance and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to simulate real-world user loads and assess application scalability.
• Prepare performance test plans, scenarios, and test data for various phases (load, stress, spike, endurance).
• Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations to optimize application performance.
• Document test results and provide detailed performance reports to stakeholders.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Skill Area Description Performance Testing Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance Load Testing Tools LoadRunner (Mandatory), JMeter Monitoring/APM Tools Dynatrace (Preferred), AppDynamics Scripting Test script development and parameterization Protocol Knowledge Web (HTTP/HTML), REST, SOAP, Citrix etc. Analysis & Reporting Bottleneck identification, CPU/memory monitoring Others Experience in Agile/DevOps environments

Good to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with database performance tuning.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
