Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive performance test plans.
- Execute load, stress, and endurance testing for applications.
- Utilize jMeter and LoadRunner for scripting and testing applications.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to discuss performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Ensure governance and compliance in performance testing processes.
- Conduct monthly performance runs and monitor application performance.
- Create and maintain performance metrics dashboards for stakeholders.
- Lead performance testing initiatives and mentor junior team members.
- Work independently with minimal guidance to achieve testing objectives.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in performance testing methodologies (load, stress, endurance).
- Hands-on experience with jMeter and/or LoadRunner.
- Strong knowledge of ECommerce or web application performance optimization.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Experience in mentoring and leading a testing team.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
