Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Performance Tester with strong experience in performance testing, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience with multiple performance testing tools and should be able to handle end-to-end performance testing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Conduct load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing.
- Identify system performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve them.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed performance metrics and recommendations.
- Create performance test reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and DevOps.
- Support CI/CD integration for performance testing.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- Experience in scripting and executing performance tests for web and API services.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or Grafana.
- Strong skills in analyzing performance metrics (CPU, memory, network, etc.).
- Good knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning basics.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to cloud environments like AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Experience in performance engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
