Job Description
- Assess existing performance testing and engineering processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities using GenAI.
- Design, develop, and implement GenAI-powered solutions, AI agents, and LLM-based automation to reduce manual effort and improve testing efficiency.
- Architect scalable and secure GenAI solutions for enterprise environments.
- Evaluate suitable LLMs, AI models, and copilots for performance testing and engineering use cases.
- Perform performance testing, monitoring, bottleneck identification, root-cause analysis, and system tuning.
- Integrate GenAI solutions with existing engineering tools, CI/CD pipelines, and testing workflows.
- Collaborate with clients, development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and demonstrate solutions.
- Lead NFT delivery, manage large teams and complex projects, and implement Shift-Left and Shift-Right testing strategies.
- Develop performance improvement plans, identify project risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor, validate, and continuously improve GenAI solutions to ensure accuracy, scalability, security, and business value.
- Prepare solution architecture documents, technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated on emerging GenAI, LLM, AI-agent, and performance engineering technologies.
