R 1. Must have Strong working experience with Performance Testing Tools like
JMeter/LoadRunner/NeoLoad
R 2. Strong experience with APM – App Monitoring using
NewRelic/Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Wily
R 3. Must have experience coordinating/working with both onsite and offshore team
R 4. Must have experience working in Agile teams
Preferred
R 1. Ability to identify complex problems and effectively document and communicate them to the engineering team
R 2. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
R 3. Communication Skills – Written/Oral communication skills to resolve issues with offshore development team
