Performance Test Lead with 13-15 years of PT experience, particularly with JMeter and Dynatrace, to join our team for the MCU project in Hiscox UK. Knowledge of the insurance domain is a plus.

- Primary Liaison for Performance Testing & Engineering on this MCU Project.
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of performance test plans and strategies.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of performance testing is consistently met in all the phases of test delivery.
- Create detailed test scripts and scenarios using JMeter.
- Execute load, stress, and scalability tests to evaluate system performance.
- Utilize Dynatrace for real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and performance analysis during tests.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and issues.
- Provide actionable recommendations for performance improvements.
- Work closely with developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and performance goals.
- Communicate performance test results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide actionable recommendations for performance improvements based on test results.
- Implement performance optimization strategies for applications, databases, and infrastructure.
- Manage test data and ensure its consistency and accuracy.
- Create detailed documentation of performance testing processes, results, and recommendations.
- Generate comprehensive (Meaningful) performance test reports for stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in performance testing processes.

- 13-15 years of PT experience.

- Mandatory: Proficiency in JMeter for creating and executing performance test scripts.
- Mandatory: Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and analysis.
- Mandatory: XML Rebuilding.
- Mandatory: Strong leadership and team management skills to lead performance testing efforts.
- Mandatory: Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and identify performance issues.
- Mandatory: Ability to provide clear and actionable recommendations based on test findings.
- Knowledge of other performance testing tools like LoadRunner is a Plus.
- Knowledge of Insurance domain, including common workflows and performance requirements is a Plus.
