Performance test lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and execute performance test scripts using JMeter and or LoadRunner
• Perform Load Stress Spike Endurance Soak Capacity and Scalability testing
• Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations
• Monitor system performance using APM tools and infrastructure monitoring solutions
• Collaborate with development DevOps DBA and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues
• Define performance test strategies scenarios and workload models
• Prepare test data and configure test environments
• Analyze server application database and network performance metrics
• Generate detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Integrate performance testing processes into CI CD pipelines where applicable
• Required Skills
• Strong experience in Performance Testing
• Hands on expertise with Apache JMeter and or Micro Focus LoadRunner
• Experience in creating and maintaining performance testing scripts
• Strong understanding of Load Stress Endurance Spike and Volume Testing
• Experience analyzing response times throughput CPU memory disk utilization and network metrics
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTTP HTTPS REST APIs and Web Services
• Strong SQL skills for database performance validation
• Experience with Linux Unix commands and server log analysis
• Understanding of application architecture microservices and distributed systems
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies
