Job Description

Performance Test Lead (7+ years)

Responsibilities

7+ years of experience in Jmeter with leadership capabilities
Extensive Hands on experience in Jmeter, Dynatrace, New Relic
Design, Execution & Maintenance and execution of scripts using Jmeter
Performance test report creation and status updation
Able to do mass updates using TQLs
Performance test strategy / plan creation
Performance test scenarios identification and scripting
Evaluating hardware requirements and environment configurations, including setting up distributed testing to simulate high-volume loads across multiple machines
Integrating JMeter into CI/CD Pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Maven, or Docker to automate performance regression tests
Correlating JMeter metrics (latency, connect time) with system-level metrics (CPU, memory utilization) to identify root causes of performance issues.
Setting up real-time monitoring dashboards by integrating JMeter with external tools like Grafana and New Relic for better visualization.
Providing technical expertise in troubleshooting complex script issues and advising on advanced techniques like Shift-Left testing to catch performance issues earlier in the development cycle.
