Performance Test Engineer <> TCS

Key Deliverables

• Design and develop comprehensive performance test plans and strategies based on system requirements and architectural specifications.
• Execute various performance tests, including load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests, using industry-standard tools.
• Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for system optimization.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot performance issues and validate fixes.
• Create detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance testing processes and methodologies.

Essential Requirements

• 4 to 15 years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Experience with application performance monitoring tools like AppDynamics.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Familiarity with ECL, SSG, and LINC.
