Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Drive performance marketing KPIs ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, and revenue growth.
- Manage campaign budgets, daily spend, and performance reports.
- Build and execute A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Stay ahead of performance trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
Requirements- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns for a D2C or eCommerce brand.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics.
- Experience with Shopify, Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Hyros).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and creative collaboration abilities.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)- Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email automation, or retention campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Comfort with tools like Canva, Notion, or Figma for ad planning and reporting.
