Job description: Performance Testing

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing tools and monitoring solutions, ensuring application reliability, scalability, and responsiveness under load

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scenarios.
• Use tools such as Apache JMeter and LoadRunner for load, stress, endurance, and spike testing.
• Monitor application performance using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana to identify bottlenecks and root causes.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and DevOps to optimize system performance.
• Create performance benchmarks and assist in capacity planning.
• Maintain documentation related to performance testing strategies and results.
