Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The role requires a mix of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving to ensure campaigns deliver the highest ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn.
- Create detailed media plans aligned with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Strategize campaign structures, targeting, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Optimize campaigns continuously A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid adjustments, and creative improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest ad platform features, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure proper pacing.
What We're Looking For
- 13 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid ads management.
- Proven track record of running successful campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of media planning, audience targeting, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint (preferred).
