We are looking for a D2C performance specialist who does not just run ads but helps build the growth engine through creative understanding, platform depth, and proactive business thinking.
Responsibilities
- Scale a D2C brand through Meta and Google with strong ownership of growth outcomes.
- Understand what kind of creatives work on different platforms and why.
- Proactively study performance data and convert it into clear, creative, and growth insights.
- Work closely with the creative team on hooks, formats, scripts, ad angles, landing page direction, and iterations.
- Go beyond campaign execution and actively shape creative strategy.
- Bring new-age content formats and paid ad ideas, not just standard ad structures.
- Learn from brands across industries and geographies and bring those playbooks into execution.
- Stay on top of new platform features, betas, and best practices, and coordinate closely with account managers.
- Work cross-functionally with brand, content, retention, business, and design teams.
- Think beyond media planning and contribute to overall business outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling a D2C brand through performance marketing.
- Strong creative judgment, not just media buying experience.
- Deep understanding of Meta and Google as different platforms with different user intent and creative needs.
- Someone who can proactively read data and identify what needs to change in the creative, messaging, or funnel.
- Has worked closely with creative, business, and marketing teams.
- Understands ad fatigue, content formats, consumer behavior, and platform-native storytelling.
- Curious, hands-on, and constantly learning from the market.
- Brings both platform depth and creative thinking.
