We are seeking a Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing and improving system performance, ensuring that our applications run efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Analyze system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement optimization strategies for applications and systems.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure performance best practices are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
Conduct performance testing and benchmarking to validate improvements.
Monitor ongoing performance and make recommendations for future enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

7-17 years of experience in performance optimization or related field.
Strong knowledge of performance tuning tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with database performance optimization, including SQL tuning.
Familiarity with cloud services and architecture, particularly AWS or Azure.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
