About the Job
Pulp Strategy is expanding its growth marketing team. We are seeking a hands-on Performance Media Specialist to execute and manage our paid acquisition campaigns.
This is a technical, execution-focused role. Your primary responsibility will be setting up, running, and optimizing paid ad campaigns and ensuring correct tracking installations. While you will handle day-to-day campaign operations independently, guidance and training will be provided for more complex SaaS growth strategies. You will also help guide 1–2 junior team members in executing daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media & Campaign Management
- Campaign Execution: Daily management, bid optimization, and budget allocation across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other search/social platforms.
- SaaS Lead Generation: Implement paid campaigns aimed at driving sign-ups, demo requests, and user acquisitions (frameworks and high-level strategy will be provided).
2. Core Tracking & Analytics
- Tracking Setup: Independently set up, test, and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, conversion pixels, and standard custom event tracking.
- Data Monitoring: Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure proper attribution and ad platform data accuracy.
3. Search & SEO Alignment
- Search Collaboration: Maintain a foundational understanding of keyword research and SEO principles to align paid search keywords with organic efforts.
- Ad Copy Coordination: Optimize search copy based on search engine visibility and user intent patterns.
4. Operations & Execution
- Process Adherence: Follow and help document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ad setups, campaign structures, and tracking checklists.
- Coordination: Run daily syncs with 1–2 junior specialists to assign tasks, check work quality, and meet campaign deadlines.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, data-backed weekly performance reports highlighting spends, conversions, and acquisition costs.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5-6 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google and Meta.
- SaaS Exposure: Prior experience or strong interest in running B2B lead generation or SaaS acquisition campaigns.
- Tracking Skills: Proficient in configuring Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 for standard custom events and conversion tracking.
- Collaboration: Ability to lead daily execution schedules and mentor junior specialists on campaign setups.
- SEO Familiarity: Basic understanding of organic search intent and keyword optimization tools (like SEMrush or Google Keyword Planner).
- Certifications: Active Google Ads and Meta Certifications are required.
- Availability:Immediate Joiner preferred (ability to join within 0–15 days).
- Education & Location: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree; strong communication skills with the ability to work on-site in Okhla, New Delhi.
