About the Role:-
Auktas is seeking an exceptionally skilled Media Buyer & PPC Executive with proven experience in driving large-scale performance campaigns across both web and mobile. This role goes beyond standard paid marketingit requires someone who can thrive in high-intensity, compliance-sensitive environments, where campaign structures demand creative routing, innovative acquisition methods, and fast-paced optimization cycles.
You will be responsible for delivering aggressive performance KPIs across the US, UK, and EU Tier-1 geographies, using advanced funnel engineering, multi-domain setups, and non-standard traffic strategies where adaptability and technical understanding are crucial.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan, execute, and scale Web or App campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Bing/Microsoft Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Additional push, pop, native, and alternative traffic sources (Taboola, Bigo, Outbrain, MGID, etc)
- Manage high-velocity performance environments where rapid testing, creative iteration, and adaptive delivery strategies are essential.
- Optimize multi-layered funnels, including pre-landers, dynamic routing flows, and audience segmentation for Tier-1 markets.
- Maintain strong control over budgets, pacing, CPAs, CPS, CVR, CPC ROAS, and funnel efficiency.
Technical & Analytical Ownership
- Implement and manage complex tracking systems such as S2S, postbacks, multi-domain routing, and advanced attribution setups.
- Work with internal tech resources to maintain enhanced compliance frameworks, domain rotations, and traffic quality safeguards.
- Utilize tools such as Voluum, Keitaro, Bemis, AppsFlyer, Branch, GA4, or similar for deep performance analytics.
- Lead ongoing A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, audience buckets, and funnel flows.
Strategic Growth & Innovation
- Identify gaps in platform algorithms and leverage non-standard optimization opportunities to scale rapidly.
- Develop playbooks for high-pressure growth scenarios, including quick-turnaround testing and traffic diversification strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling, conversion-oriented ads tailored for fast-changing performance environments.
- Produce weekly insights, scaling recommendations, and forward-looking performance roadmaps.
Required Skills & Experience
- 25 years of hands-on media buying experience across Web or Mobile.
- Demonstrated success managing large budgets in the US/UK/EU regions.
- Strong, practical understanding of compliance-sensitive performance campaigns and non-standard acquisition funnels.
- Expertise in multi-domain strategies, advanced funnel engineering, and adaptive delivery tactics.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, FB Ads Manager, Bing, TikTok, and at least one advanced tracker.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and act instantly.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with aggressive KPI expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in verticals such as utilities, e-commerce, finance, insurance, iGaming, VPN, antivirus, or CPA/CPS/CPL web funnels.
- Familiarity with enhanced traffic setups, including domain pools, routing flows, and advanced pre-lander logic.
- Knowledge of automation scripts, bulk upload tools, and advanced bidding mechanics.
