Hiring: Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Location: On-site, Golf Course Road, Horizon Center (Gurgaon)

We're looking for someone who has deep, hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically across marketplaces and quick commerce Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.

At Niche, we're building something that honestly doesn't exist in the ecosystem yet. QuickCommerce is still new, and no one has truly hyperscaled it. We have the chance to build the playbooks and flywheels that others will follow later.

If you're someone who:

• Has operated performance marketing inside marketplaces/quick commerce
• Understands how supply, demand, visibility and spends work together
• Enjoys solving problems in a very fast-moving environment
• Wants to work closely with founders and category heads
• And wants a role where the learning curve and ownership will be very high

then this role might be a strong fit.

What you'll work on:

• Running and optimising performance across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy
• Cracking flywheels for growth, visibility and category dominance
• Building frameworks for scaling QuickCommerce brands
• Tracking numbers obsessively and driving week-on-week improvements
