Performance Marketing Team Lead

Most performance marketers can run a campaign. Fewer can lead a team. Even fewer can do both while bringing a genuine point of view to the table.

That is the person I am looking for.

Bathla is one of India's most trusted home essentials brands. We make ladders, cloth drying stands, and ironing boards, and we sell across every major e-commerce and quick commerce platform in the country. We have over 800 SKUs and we are growing quickly.

I am hiring a Performance Marketing Team Lead in Bangalore.

What the role involves:

• Owning all sponsored advertising across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, and Flipkart

• Managing our external advertising agency and owning inventory-aligned spend decisions

• Leading and developing a team of five

• Working fluently with ACOS, ROAS, TACoS, DOC, and DRR, and defending your numbers

• Acting as a genuine thinking partner to the CMO

What we are looking for:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing, either brand-side or agency

• Hands-on Amazon Ads experience is essential

• Experience with large or bulky product categories is a strong advantage

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively

• Someone motivated by building rather than maintaining

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore.
