Purpose of the Role
As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you will support the management and optimization of paid media campaigns across our client portfolio, ensuring strong execution and measurable performance outcomes.
Beyond campaign execution, this role requires someone comfortable working with data, identifying insights, and contributing to performance strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, including campaign execution, optimization, monitoring, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to internal teams and clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of paid media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Support in client communication, campaign planning, and strategic recommendations/optimizations, adhering to the agency QA policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with clients to drive best in class performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or advertising.
- Experience creating and managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
- Understanding of paid media principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
