About the Role

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Strategist who can think creatively, move fast, and deeply understands cricket + regional audiences. This role goes beyond running ads you will be responsible for ideating high-performing creatives, especially regional and culture-first ad content, that connects emotionally with cricket fans across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate and plan performance-driven ad creatives for Spotto across platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube.
  • Create regional-first ad concepts tailored for different Indian markets.
  • Generate creative directions for:
  • Reels & short videos
  • Static & carousel ads
  • Hooks, captions, and messaging
  • Work closely with content creators, narrators, and video editors to execute ad ideas.
  • Continuously test new creative angles, hooks, storytelling formats, and narratives.
  • Analyse performance data to understand what creatives are working and why.
  • Stay updated with cricket trends, tournaments, player stories, and viral moments to convert them into ad ideas.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Strong cricket knowledge and genuine interest in the sport.
  • Fluency or strong working proficiency in the following languages:
  • Kannada
  • Tamil
  • Telugu
  • Bengali
  • Malayalam
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with unique, unconventional ad ideas.
  • Willingness to work from the Bangalore office at least 3 days a week.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in performance marketing or creative strategy (agency or startup preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads creative best practices.
  • Ability to adapt messaging for different regional cultures and cricket fanbases.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
