Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with 4–5 years of experience in managing paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analysis. Experience in B2B SaaS marketing will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting, keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximize campaign performance.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Create remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns to improve conversions.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to achieve business goals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with the content, design, web development, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
