Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who knows how to run ads that actually convert. This role is hands-on and execution-heavy. You'll own day-to-day performance campaigns, manage meaningful budgets, and constantly test, learn, and improve.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused primarily on app installs and in app conversions.
  • Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and/or Google Ads (Strong expertise in at least one platform is required - Experience with both is preferred)
  • Handle monthly budgets running into lakhs
  • Track daily performance, analyze data, and prepare clear day-to-day and weekly reports
  • Work on ad creatives and content and coordinate with designers or create simple concepts yourself. Test different hooks, copies, formats, and audiences
  • Research competitors, trends, and benchmarks in the social / consumer app space
  • Support influencer marketing campaigns, shortlisting creators, coordinating deliverables, tracking performance and continuously experiment and improve CAC, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency

What We're Looking For


  • 6 months to 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Practical experience running Meta Ads or Google Ads (deep expertise in one is enough)
  • Basic understanding of creatives, ad copies, and what makes content convert
  • Startup attitude: ownership, speed, and problem-solving over excuses

Good to Have


  • Experience marketing consumer apps or social platforms
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup
  • Exposure to influencer marketing or UGC-based campaigns

Location - HSR Layout Bengaluru
