Role Overview
We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in the travel and tourism space. You'll own the full lead generation funnel — from paid acquisition to nurture — and work closely with our client servicing and creative teams to drive measurable outcomes for travel and hospitality brands.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation for travel and hospitality clients.
Build and manage end-to-end conversion funnels — from ad creative to landing page to lead capture and follow-up.
Run and manage email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, sequencing, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns using broadcast tools and automation workflows to nurture and convert leads.
Analyse campaign data regularly and present insights, optimisations, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Coordinate with content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Track KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality; continuously optimise to meet targets.
Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies in the travel marketing space.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or lead generation, specifically within the travel and hospitality sector.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) with a strong track record of generating high-intent leads.
Solid experience with mailer marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, SendGrid, or similar) — including list management, automation, and reporting.
Working knowledge of WhatsApp marketing platforms and broadcast tools for lead nurturing and re-engagement.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make campaign decisions quickly.
Familiarity with CRM tools, landing page builders, and lead tracking systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
