Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to scale global user acquisition for our fintech products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, takes ownership of large budgets, and is obsessed with measurable ROI and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and other paid acquisition platforms
  • Manage and scale $100K+ USD monthly ad budgets with strict ROAS and ROI accountability
  • Drive global user acquisition with a deep understanding of fintech audiences and compliance requirements
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize funnels, creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Track performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable insights through detailed reporting
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in performance marketing within fintech or financial services
  • Strong track record of managing large-scale paid marketing budgets ($100K+ USD)
  • Hands-on expertise in user acquisition across multiple channels (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Highly data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to justify spend with clear ROI, ROAS, and performance metrics
  • Experience working with global markets is a strong plus
