Tiger Advertising is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns for leads, traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Analyze and improve performance using key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, CPM, and ROAS
- Execute audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing strategies
- Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver performance-driven creatives
- Track campaigns, manage pixels, and prepare performance reports
- Experience with analytics and tracking tools like GA, Meta Pixel and GTM
- Share insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes
Requirements:
- 23 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Data-driven mindset with good communication skills
