Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. Your core focus will be driving high-quality leads, reducing cost-per-lead (CPL), and scaling campaigns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Demand Gen)
  • Manage monthly advertising budgets
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve conversions
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Ads Manager
  • Identify high-performing campaigns and scale them strategically
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design/content) to develop high-converting creatives
  • Continuously track, report, and optimize campaign performance

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Good understanding of lead generation funnels and performance metrics
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable results.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (required)
  • Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google)
  • Experience handling big ad budgets (preferred)
  • Experience in real estate / lead generation industry (preferred)
