Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media presence across multiple digital platforms. You'll develop data-driven strategies, launch high-performing campaigns, and continuously optimize performance to drive qualified leads, brand visibility, and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Plan, launch, and manage Search, Display, YouTube, and Social Media ad campaigns
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization
• Implement tracking systems including GA4, pixels, and conversion tracking tools
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed performance reports
• Optimize funnels to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall conversion rates
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives

Requirements

• Minimum 4 – 6+ years of proven experience in paid media or performance marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
• Deep understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Experience managing substantial ad budgets and scaling campaigns
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Experience in B2B or legal industry marketing is a plus
