This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist, located in Kanpur. The Performance Marketing Specialist will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance. Responsibilities include managing online advertising, conducting market research, analyzing campaign data, creating plans to drive conversions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals. The candidate will also interact with clients to understand their business objectives and provide actionable recommendations.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to collaborate with teams and maintain client satisfaction
• Experience in Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer behavior
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing Strategy to design and execute effective advertising campaigns
• Ability to analyze data for continuous performance improvement across marketing campaigns
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in digital marketing or performance marketing is advantageous
