Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, display, and affiliate marketing
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, presenting findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across all channels to achieve marketing goals
• Implement A/B tests and other experimental designs to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies
• Partner with creative and content teams to create compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform performance marketing strategies
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in performance marketing with a strong emphasis on paid media and analytics
• Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decision-making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
