Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation at Yhataw Realty. The specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing performance marketing campaigns to generate leads. The role involves analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and conducting performance testing. The specialist will also be responsible for communication and collaborating with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation for real estate projects.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and nurture leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in the real estate sector.
• Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM software.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
