Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with strong experience in real estate lead generation. The candidate must have hands-on experience in running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate high-quality property leads.
This role is ideal for someone who understands real estate buyer behavior, CPL, lead quality, campaign performance, and ROI-focused digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.
• Run performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Monitor CPL, lead quality, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Optimize ad creatives, audiences, keywords, budgets, landing pages, and lead forms.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign output.
• Track leads from campaign level to sales follow-up and conversion.
• Prepare daily and weekly campaign performance reports with clear insights.
• Continuously test new campaigns, audiences, and strategies to improve results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate lead generation is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.
• Good understanding of CPL, CTR, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
• Experience in generating leads for apartments, villas, plots, or commercial properties.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and take quick optimization decisions.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Should be proactive, target-oriented, and result-focused.
