Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. This role is critical to driving qualified B2B leads for our IT services portfolio and requires someone who can independently manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize for pipeline ROI, and communicate results to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (B2B focus)
- Own monthly ad budgets and ensure spend efficiency with a focus on CPL and ROAS
- Develop audience segmentation strategies targeting CIOs, CTOs, and procurement decision-makers
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and CTAs
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce conversion-focused ad assets
- Build performance dashboards and deliver regular reports to leadership
- Manage retargeting campaigns and lead nurture flows in coordination with marketing automation
- Evaluate and onboard new ad platforms or performance tools as needed
Requirements
- 8–10 years of performance marketing experience, with strong B2B focus
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager
- Experience managing budgets of ₹50L+ per month
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot / Salesforce data
- Proven ability to reduce CPL while scaling lead volume
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) concepts
- Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Marketing certifications preferred
