CLUB HACHI is an emerging premium travel and lifestyle brand redefining travel essentials through sophisticated design, individuality, and contemporary luxury.

We are looking for a **results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist** who understands premium consumer behaviour, digital brand positioning, and the art of converting marketing investments into measurable business growth.

### Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise **Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** campaigns.

- Drive qualified traffic, premium customer acquisition, conversions, and profitable online sales.

- Manage PPC budgets, audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign performance.

- Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and other critical performance metrics.

- Develop creative advertising strategies aligned with luxury and premium brand positioning.

- Collaborate on ad creatives, storytelling, product positioning, and content strategy.

- Optimise website conversion funnels, landing pages, and customer journeys.

- Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable growth insights.

### Candidate Requirements

- **3–6 years of proven experience** in Performance Marketing, PPC, or D2C E-commerce Growth.

- Hands-on expertise in **Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking**.

- Proven experience marketing **high-ticket-value or premium consumer products**.

- Strong creative understanding of visual communication, premium branding, and advertising content.

- Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns independently and achieve measurable ROAS.

- Understanding of premium customer profiling, segmentation, and purchase behaviour.

- Experience with **website integration, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and website profiling** will be an added advantage.

- Experience in fashion, premium lifestyle, travel accessories, or luxury D2C brands preferred.

### Location Eligibility

**Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Dehradun or willing to relocate of own.**

Outstation candidates may apply only if they are willing to relocate to Dehradun for a full-time, office-based role.
