We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale multiple performance marketing channels including Search, Social, and Outbound (Push/WhatsApp). This role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, execution excellence, and creative communication, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across:
Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
Outbound channels (Push Notifications, WhatsApp)
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns to drive performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, conversions, and growth.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and recommend optimizations.
- Work cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and performance measurement across channels.
- Quickly ramp up on new platforms, tools, and campaign structures as required.
- Operate with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and bias for action.

- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing large-scale or high-impact performance campaigns.
- Exposure to experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Experience working in high-growth, tech-driven environments.
