Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Specialist based in Surat. Required 3-5 years of relevant experience. The Performance Specialist will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, conducting data analysis, and implementing performance management strategies. The role will also involve designing and executing performance testing activities, monitoring results, and refining methodologies to improve outcomes. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities with an eye for identifying trends and insights.
• Effective Communication skills to convey findings and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Platform Meta ads, Google ads, LinkedIn Ads. Having experience in E-commerce platform like Amazon ads, Flipkart ads, Myntra ads, Meesho ads, etc is a plus
• Experience in Performance Management, including assessing productivity and implementing optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in designing and executing Performance Testing to evaluate model reliability and improve results.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and software is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
